Creating a new goal:

STEP 1: Enter the goal name

Examples: Get a promotion, Take the kids to Disneyworld, Lose 20lbs

STEP 2: Categorize your goal (view creating categories)

Examples: Travel, Family, Recreation etc.

STEP 3: Set a deadline using the drop down calender

Example: 2011-08-08

STEP 4: Decide the goals' priority

High Medium Low

STEP 5: Set the privacy settings

Public Friends Private

STEP 6: Click Add Goal!

Once your infomation has been entered, click Add Goal! and it will be added to your list

STEP 7: As you work on your goal, adjust the progress accordingly.

The progress should be a percentage of the steps completed towards the ultimate goal
